Anyone can do intentional breathing. It heals the lungs, internal organs, and cavities and reduces stress. There are many other benefits as well; you can’t benefit if you don’t do it. My suggestion is to talk with your health care provider if you have questions or concerns but I assure you they will all say that healthy breathing is a good thing!
